Terms and Conditions

By placing a booking with Prestige Chauffeurs you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Prestige Chauffeurs to charge your account in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing a booking with Prestige Chauffeurs you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorize Prestige Chauffeurs to charge your account in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

Its your responsibility to choose a correct service type.

Any transfer in which Bride/ Bridesmaids/ Groom/ Groomsmen are passengers or Getaway Cars are considered WEDDING TRANSFERS.

All concerts, sporting events are considered SPECIAL EVENT transfers.

Should a wrong service is chosen, You agree to pay any additional charges applied to supplied credit card post trip. Please contact Prestige Chauffeurs if you are unsure of service type.

WAITING CHARGES

AIRPORT PICKUPS

Prestige Chauffeurs monitors all flight arrival times to ensure that your chauffeur is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed, normal waiting periods commence from ACTUAL flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.

Prestige Chauffeurs provides 15 minutes complimentary wait time for Domestic Arrivals and 50 minutes for International Arrivals. Any additional waiting time will be charged in 15 minute blocks at $50 per block unless prearranged at the time of booking.

If you require extra time at airport, please advise at time of reservation. You can do this by writing in comments/additional information section or by email reservations@prestigechauffeurs.com.au . If no special pickup instructions are provided in reservation request, Prestige Chauffeurs will work around actual landing time of flight.

GENERAL PICKUPS

Prestige Chauffeurs offers a complimentary wait time of fifteen (15) minutes when servicing your booking. Any additional wait time will be charged in fifteen (15) minute blocks at $50.00 per fifteen (15) minutes.

MULTIPLE PICKUPS

If there are multiple pickup, complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes applies on first pickup only. Any additional pickups have complimentary waiting time of 5 minutes, any additional wait will be charged in fifteen (15) minute blocks at $50.00 per fifteen (15) minutes.

HOURLY/AS DIRECTED TRANSFERS

There is No Complimentary waiting time included with Hourly/As Directed transfers.

SPECIALTY VEHICLES

Vehicles like Bentley, Stretch limousines, minibuses, coaches etc are considered specialty vehicles. All these vehicles come with 15 minutes complimentary waiting time, however any additional waiting will be charged in thirty (30) minutes block at a rate equivalent to half hourly rate of that vehicle, which can be Quoted at time of reservation.

NO-SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW

Prestige Chauffeurs provides 15 minutes complimentary waiting time. Your Chauffeur will wait a further 10 minutes before considering the booking a “No Show”. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required as waiting charges will apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Prestige Chauffeurs requires the following as a minimum notice for cancellations:

General Transfers: 24 hours
Airport Arrivals: 24 hours
As Directed Hourly Hiring: 72 hours
Special Occasions: 7 Days
Weddings: 14 days
Christmas and NYE: Once booked and confirmed, any cancellations will result in a cancellation fee, which is equivalent to 100% of total price quoted/charged.

All cancellations made outside of these times will result in a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 50% of total price quoted for reservation.

Cancellations made within 4 hours will result in a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 80% of total price quoted for reservation.

ALL “No shows” will be charged a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 100% of total price quoted for reservation.

Prestige Chauffeurs requests a minimum 2 hour period (within office hours) for ANY amendments made to a booking.

***OUR STAFF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE/CANCEL A BOOKING AT ANY POINT DURING THE TRANSFER. PLEASE NOTE THAT AGGRESSIVE, INTOXICATED OR ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED BY SUCH REASON, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED AT FULL COST***

RATES

Please contact us for all rates as these are dependent on the vehicle type and hiring requirement.

PLEASE NOTE:

Tolls are not included in the quoted price and charged following each transfer.

All Airport pickups attracts $16 airport collection fees and added to base rate.

Baby seats are charged at $10.00 per seat, charged additional.

After hours bookings (10:00pm – 4:45am) will incur a 30% surcharge

All Wedding transfers including Getaway cars, transfer for Bride/Bridesmaid attract 50% surcharge on base rate.

Special Event Surcharge: Please contact Prestige Chauffeurs.

Surcharge apply for Public Holidays/ Special Events and can be provided on application.

PAYMENT METHODS

Prestige Chauffeurs accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard & Direct Deposit at no charge. Payments made via American Express will attract a 3% service fee.

International Money transfer using SWIFT attracts $25 bank fees.

*Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.

Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travelers. Please note that a minimum monthly spend & conditions apply. Please contact us for further information.
