Exactly how chauffeur pickup works at Sydney Airport, terminals, meeting points, flight monitoring and what happens if you are delayed.
Which terminal are you arriving at?
Sydney Airport has two precincts: T1 for international flights, and T2/T3 for domestic. They are on opposite sides of the runways, so confirming your terminal is the first step to a smooth pickup.
Where does your chauffeur meet you?
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign and helps with your luggage. For international arrivals this is after you clear customs. If you would rather be collected kerbside, we send the exact pickup zone before you land, so there is no guessing.
What happens if your flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, your pickup simply shifts to match. There is nothing to rebook and no need to call ahead.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to call when I land?
No. We track your flight, so your chauffeur is already timed to your arrival. For meet-and-greet, look for your name board in the arrivals hall.
How do I know which terminal my chauffeur will be at?
You tell us your flight number when you book and we position your chauffeur at the right terminal. T1 is international and T2/T3 are domestic, and we send meeting-point details before you travel.
How much waiting time is included after I land?
Complimentary waiting after landing is 20 minutes for domestic arrivals and 1 hour 10 minutes for international arrivals. That covers the time to clear immigration and collect your baggage.
Can I be collected kerbside instead of meet-and-greet?
Yes. If you prefer a kerbside pickup we send the exact pickup zone before you land, so there is no guessing. Meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall with a name sign is the default.
How early should my pickup be for a departing flight?
We time the pickup to reach the terminal with room to check in, drop bags and clear security, working back from your flight time and allowing for the traffic on the day. Share your flight time and terminal when you book.
Can you fit a child seat for an airport pickup?
Yes. Baby capsules, child seats and boosters are available for a small additional charge. Request one when you book so the correct seat is fitted before we collect you.
