Meet and Greet Service at Sydney Airport

Meet and greet is a personal collection inside the terminal rather than a kerbside pickup. When your flight lands, your chauffeur is already in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. They help with your bags, walk you to the vehicle and drive you to your destination. There is nothing for you to arrange, no zone to find and no call to make.

We monitor your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pickup simply shifts to match. You do not need to notify us of a delay.

Sydney Airport has two precincts: T1 for international flights, and T2/T3 for domestic. We confirm your terminal at booking and send the exact meeting point before you travel.

For international arrivals your chauffeur waits after you clear customs and collect your bags. For domestic arrivals they are in the arrivals hall beyond the baggage carousels. If you would rather be collected kerbside, let us know when you book and we send the pickup zone instead.

Complimentary waiting after you land is 20 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals. The international allowance covers immigration, baggage and the slower pace of clearing customs after a long-haul flight. We track your flight, so even if a delay pushes the landing back, the waiting clock starts when you actually land.

Airport parking is handled as part of the service. Domestic terminal parking is $19.99 and international is $26.10, plus a $44 international collection fee that covers the meet and greet inside the arrivals hall. These are itemised in your quote.

Tour groups arriving on the same flight who need to be gathered and driven together.

The vehicle is matched to your party and luggage. A luxury sedan such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series suits one to three passengers with a couple of cases. The Audi Q7 takes four passengers with more luggage. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to seven, and the Sprinter carries up to sixteen for larger groups.

Our service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so red-eye arrivals and pre-dawn departures are covered. Bookings between 10:00 pm and 4:45 am carry an after-hours surcharge of 30%. Road tolls are additional.
