Every quote is a fixed, all-inclusive fare for the vehicle class you choose, confirmed before you travel, with a professional chauffeur and a late-model vehicle. Airport pickups include meet-and-greet inside the terminal and airport parking, and we monitor your flight so your pickup follows your actual arrival time. Point-to-point transfers include a complimentary waiting window; road tolls are added to the fare only where they apply.

What affects your fare

• The vehicle class: luxury sedan, SUV, people mover or van
• Distance and the expected journey time
• Time of day, with an after-hours surcharge between 10:00 pm and 4:45 am
• Road tolls, where a route uses them
• Extras such as child seats and any additional stops
• Service type: a set point-to-point transfer, as-directed hourly hire, or a wedding or event booking

How far ahead to book

You can request a quote at any time, and we recommend booking as early as you can to secure your preferred vehicle, particularly for weddings, events and busy travel dates. If your plans change, point-to-point and airport transfers can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before pickup, and as-directed hourly hire up to 48 hours before.
