Which cruise terminal are you sailing from?
Sydney has two main cruise terminals: the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay, and White Bay Cruise Terminal in Rozelle. They are in different parts of the harbour, so confirming your terminal is the first step.
Luggage and larger groups
Cruise luggage is heavy, so for families and groups our SUVs and people-movers carry more bags in comfort. Tell us your passenger and suitcase numbers and we will recommend the right vehicle.
Timing your transfer
Terminals are busiest at embarkation. We plan your pickup to reach the terminal within your boarding window, allowing for harbour traffic, so you arrive relaxed and on time.

Can you collect us when the ship returns?
Yes. We can be waiting at the terminal for disembarkation, and we allow for the time it takes to clear the ship and collect luggage.

Can you transfer us straight from the airport to the ship?
Yes. We run flight-monitored transfers from Sydney Airport directly to your cruise terminal, meeting you inside the terminal and taking care of your luggage on the way to the ship.
How early should we arrive for embarkation?
We plan your pickup to reach the terminal within your boarding window, allowing for harbour traffic. Share your boarding time when you book and we work back from it.
How much waiting time is included?
Standard pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. For a return collection we allow additional time for you to clear the ship and gather your bags.
