On-time, every time
Punctuality is the foundation of every chauffeur service. For airport arrivals we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup to your actual landing, not the scheduled time. Your chauffeur is inside the terminal when you clear arrivals.
Complimentary waiting is built into every booking: 20 minutes for domestic airport arrivals, 60 minutes for international arrivals (covering immigration and baggage), and 15 minutes for general pickups. If your flight is delayed by an hour or three, the chauffeur is still there when you land.
Transparent quotes, no surprises
Your fare is a fixed quote confirmed before you travel. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no hidden charges. Tolls, airport parking and any applicable surcharges are itemised separately so you see exactly what you are paying for.
Airport parking is $19.99 for domestic terminals and $26.10 for international, plus a $44 international collection fee that covers the meet and greet inside the arrivals hall and up to 60 minutes of waiting. After-hours bookings between 10:00 pm and 4:45 am carry a 30% surcharge. Wedding transfers carry a 50% surcharge on the base rate. All prices include GST.
Accredited and insured
Prestige Chauffeurs holds Accredited Booking Service Provider status under the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner (BSP-437086). Our ABN is 37 627 368 012. Every chauffeur is licensed, accredited and insured to carry passengers in New South Wales.
Accreditation means we are subject to the same safety, vehicle and driver standards as every regulated point-to-point operator in the state, and our passengers are covered by the regulated insurance framework.
The right vehicle, every time
The vehicle class you book is the class that arrives. If you book an S-Class, an S-Class pulls up. If you book a V-Class for your family, a V-Class is what meets you at the terminal. We do not substitute a lower-class vehicle without your agreement.
Every vehicle in the fleet is late-model, impeccably maintained and detailed before each trip. If a vehicle develops a fault before your booking, we arrange a replacement of the same class or higher at no additional cost.
Professional chauffeurs
Every chauffeur is a professional driver: formally dressed, experienced with high-profile guests and accustomed to working quietly around passengers who value privacy. Our chauffeurs know Sydney's geography, the hotel forecourts, the airport terminals and the construction zones that can complicate the simplest route.
For regular travellers, we can assign a familiar chauffeur who learns your preferred routes, cabin preferences and the way you like to travel.
Available around the clock
Our chauffeur service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. A 4:00 am airport departure is handled the same way as a midday corporate transfer. Bookings between 10:00 pm and 4:45 am carry a 30% after-hours surcharge; public holiday and special event surcharges are quoted on application.

What happens if my chauffeur is late?
We monitor flights in real time and plan road pickups with a buffer for traffic. If a delay occurs on our side, we communicate immediately and arrange the fastest resolution, whether that is a different route or a replacement vehicle.
Are tolls and fees included in the quoted price?
Tolls are additional and charged after each transfer. Airport parking ($19.99 domestic, $26.10 international) and the $44 international collection fee are also itemised separately. Your instant quote shows the base fare; the final invoice adds any applicable extras.

Can I request the same chauffeur for every trip?
Yes. Regular travellers can request a familiar chauffeur. Let us know when you book and we assign the same driver whenever they are available.
What if the vehicle I booked is unavailable?
If a booked vehicle develops a fault, we arrange a replacement of the same class or higher at no additional cost. We do not downgrade without your agreement.
